I provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and groups in the perinatal period, including support for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, compassion fatigue among birth workers, and parenting while healing from complex PTSD. My practice is inclusive and affirming, and I proudly serve all identities and family structures. I am licensed in the state of Idaho and offer in-person sessions in the Treasure Valley as well as virtual therapy throughout the entire state of Idaho, South Carolina, and Vermont.

Hi! I'm Jessica Del Vecchio (she/her), a trauma-informed counselor and certified perinatal mental health professional.
I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating the perinatal period, birth trauma, and parenting while carrying the weight of complex and developmental trauma. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor, drama therapist, certified perinatal mental health provider, and certified yoga instructor. Whether you are grieving a birth that didn’t go as planned, struggling to feel like yourself in early parenthood, or working to break the cycles of your own childhood pain, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to be witnessed and supported.
My work is rooted in trauma informed, attachment-centered approaches that honor both your individual story and the larger systems that shape your experiences. I believe in the healing power of being seen in our hardest and most tender moments, and I bring both clinical skill and deep empathy to every session.
